The book is an indigenous witness time-line account on Hijab Crises and the state of Christianity in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. Ilorin was founded by the Yorubas, one of the three largest ethnic groups in Nigeria in 1450. The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has outrightly rejected the approval of Hijab by the State government in Christian Mission Schools in Kwara State, which led to close down of the Schools. The Christian community in the State has described the temporary closure of those ten grant-aided Christian schools in the Ilorin metropolis as unfair and wrong. The Christian body also demanded the return of Christian schools to the owners and that there should be no use of hijab dress code in those schools. They said, ”CAN does not want the schools to lose the identity of being built and owned by churches.” I have attempted to give several newspapers' accounts of the situation for pedagogical and historical uses and purposes as well as a reference book. Kwara state at the middle belt is at the center of Nigeria, known as 'The state of harmony' and the Christians will not let go of their identify as they constitute fifty percent of the population.
