This book is based on ethical principals to guide Leaders and those in any form of authority always to seek God's wisdom. The book calls upon leaders especially in Developing Countries Africa inclusive to be committed servants of the people and to expect nothing in return. Leaders need to take note that leadership is not a personal business for enriching themselves but it is a spiritual call and a Divine Mission. Leadership is a vocation to which many are called but few are chosen to become leaders of others. Therefore, leadership and politics should be looked at as a Service to humanity and God not-self. The book reiterates that without God any leader is doomed to extinction.
