Getting to know our final ends - Deut. 32, 29

In the midst of the genocide in Rwanda in 1994, the author experiences a serious crisis of spiritual backsliding. Shocked to see how God could helplessly watch such atrocities, he finds himself at the crossroads of faith and perdition. God shows him in a vision where man goes after death: he sees how those who die in Christ come out of the body for paradise and how those who die in sin come out of the body for the kingdom of darkness. Providence will make a happy encounter of the author with the co-author, a young homeless alcoholic, for whom he prays in his itinerant evangelism, and together they will work to awaken millions of souls longing to know their final ends.
